HOW IT WORKS

STRUCTURAL DESIGN
Based on the client's architectural design, building frames are engineered using Finntera's software solution. The project documentation includes specifications for manufacturing all structural elements of the frame like columns, slabs, and beams.

SMART PREFABRICATION
Structural elements are pre-manufactured according to specifications using specialized equipment developed by our company. The equipment can be integrated into an existing precast concrete production plant or installed directly on-site.

ON-SITE ASSEMBLY
Prefabricated elements are assembled on-site and reinforced with concrete casting, resulting in a solid, monolithic structure. A wide range of facade solutions can be applied to the exterior walls.

Unified architectural slabs and columns are automatically converted into precast reinforced concrete floor panels and concrete columns
The minimal number of vertical load-bearing elements, along with the absence of beams and column capitals in the floor slabs, allows for open-plan layouts suitable for various types of spaces.
